I partner with both brands and agencies as a strategic business arm to lead accounts, produce events, and build smart, creative campaigns. My superpower is making big ideas feel doable, and making clients feel seen along the way. 

I can seamlessly integrate with shops big and small - either fractional or for full program lifecycles - pending needs: I can set up your account for success by crafting and refining the brief + optimizing operations + developing budget + locking in strategy, and then leave it to the team once up and running. Or, join a program for its full lifecycle to oversee all things client services, budget management, accounts, or production. 

I’m also a wicked producer and do-er and can work with brands 1:1 to produce experiences if that’s all you need. 

My work style is collaborative, proactive, and transparent. Colleagues, clients, and my father have described me as having the agility, vigour and energy of a start-up hence the now-stuck-nickname “Energizer Bunny Gigi”.

Fractional Leadership & Account Direction
Plug me into your brand or agency as head of accounts to manage client relationships, oversee integrated campaigns, and drive operational excellence - managing people, writing scopes, aligning cross-functional departments (strategy, creative, production, PR), and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and on brief.

Brand Building Marketing 
For founders and in-house teams who need senior-level marketing leadership without the overhead, I act as your interim brand/experiential lead, guiding programs from vision to execution.

End-to-End Experiential Production
For agencies or brands needing hands-on production support, I lead full-scale brand experience builds - from initial strategy and budget creation to vendor management to creative alignment, logistics, and on-site execution. I can work in a “head of” role overseeing a team or produce independently, pending the scope and scale of program. 

Integrated Campaign & Go-to-Market Support
Have a strong creative idea but need a senior marketing brain to organize the moving parts and bring it to life? I can step in as a cross-functional campaign partner, working alongside strategy, PR, and creative teams to pressure test the brief and ensure a campaign launches cohesively. I help map out rollouts across channels (experiential, social, earned, influencer, digital), manage timelines and resourcing plans, and ensure the work stays anchored to strategic objectives.
